Systèmes dynamiques
- Nombre de rotation et dynamique symbolique
Auteur: L. Praly

Commande adaptative
- Introduction à la théorie de la commande
adaptative des systèmes linéaires
Auteur: L. Praly

- Adaptive Stabilization of Nonlinear Systems
Auteurs: L. Praly, G Bastin, J.-B. Pomet, et Z. P. Jiang
Abstract:
An overview of the various parametric approaches which can be adopted
to solve the problem of adaptive stabilization of nonlinear systems is presented. The
Lyapunov design and two estimation designs - equation error filtering and regressor
filtering - are revisited. This allows us to unify and generalize most of the available
results on the topic and to propose a classification depending on the required extra
assumptions - matching conditions or growth conditions.

- An introduction to some Lyapunov designs of global
asmptotic stabilizers
Author: L. Praly
Lecture Notes for the Banach Center Summer School on Mathematical
Control Theory. Poland, 2-20 September, 2002
Abstract:
This text is an introduction to some designs of control laws
providing global asymptotic stability with may be disturbance
attenuation. More specifically, we are interested in those designs
which follow directly from the will to make negative the time
derivative of a Lyapunov function, also to be designed.
We start by recalling some basic facts on solutions, stability
and input to state stability for systems with continuous right
hand side.
Then, we introduce the notion of control Lyapunov function, with
and without disturbance, and show how expressions of control laws
are obtained. A direct application of this notion allows us to deal
with systems having a feedback form. This is the backstepping
technique.
Finally, we consider dissipative systems. They can be stabilized
by adding damping. Systems admitting a feedforward representation
are made of blocks which can be rendered recursively dissipative
by feedback. We show they can be stabilized by applying the
forwarding technique.
